WorkMotion Knowledge base

SaaS HR Tech

At WorkMotion, one of my prominent projects was creating the knowledge base, crucial for supporting users navigating the complexities of hiring processes and country regulations. The success of this project significantly reduced ticket volume by providing users with a reliable self-service resource. However, the challenge lay in crafting a clean, visually appealing design within the constraints of Salesforce, which presented numerous limitations. Overcoming this challenge required innovative design solutions and brilliant information architecture to ensure usability and trustworthiness, ultimately enhancing the user experience and streamlining support processes.

WorkMotion Offboarding Cost Calculator

SaaS HR Tech

As a UX/UI designer at WorkMotion, I contributed to various tools aimed at enhancing user experience. The off-boarding cost calculator, a tool designed to assist users in estimating the expenses associated with off-boarding talent. This tool not only streamlines the off-boarding process but also empowers users to make informed decisions regarding talent management. Through iterative design and user testing, I ensured that the calculator provided an intuitive and efficient experience, ultimately contributing to the overall success of WorkMotion's platform.

Garmnts

E-commerce

As a contract Product Designer at Garmns, I played a key role in shaping this innovative sustainable fashion app. I began by conceptualizing the idea, merging e-commerce and social media functionalities for both designers and buyers. Through user research, I ensured the design catered to their needs, culminating in user flows, prototypes, and a user-friendly UI. This collaborative effort, which included stakeholder communication and usability testing, ultimately led to Garmns receiving approval for incubation.

Website

BigBang Studios' website suffered from unintuitive information flow, slow performance, and a lackluster presentation of their impressive work. Rising to the challenge, I mapped user journeys to understand how visitors wanted to navigate and consume information. Armed with these insights, I restructured the information architecture, creating a clear and streamlined pathway to key content. Finally, I designed a captivating user interface and crafted compelling content, allowing BigBang's work to truly shine. The result? A revitalized website that delights visitors with its intuitiveness, speed, and stunning showcase of BigBang's talent.
